For the Refreshener course the video is optional but you have to do the same exercises as for the Discovery Suba Diving.

The program Discover Scuba Diving is designed to allow people diving under the direct supervision of an Instructor in ideal conditions. The experience can be done in any place that provides a pleasant and safe introduction to diving. To create a pleasant and safe experience, the program Discover Scuba Diving requires the participants to understand the concepts, information and specific diving terms before the diving in open water.

The Discovery Scuba Diving Course starts at 8:00 a.m. with 30 minutes classroom, then 45 minutes for a confined water training dive and 2 fun dives. Each fun dive last about 30 - 45 minutes and we take you no deeper than 40 feet / 12 meters, where you can enjoy thousands of colorful fishes, sea turtles, stingrays, lobsters, barracudas nurse sharks and lots of coral formations.

The Discovery Scuba Diving Course also gives you credit as the first open water dive if you are taking the Open Water Dive Course and is valid only for 1 month.
